Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, to avoid the weekend layover and to guarantee the freshness of our products. We also do not ship on national holidays.

Orders received after 10 a.m. PST will be shipped on the next shipping day.

If a specific delivery date is preferred, please add preferred delivery date in “Additional Notes” box during checkout and we will adjust your ship date accordingly.

Charges resulting from returned/rerouted packages due to incorrect addresses will be billed in full to the customer.

Orders can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date. Contact us at orders@chellesmacarons.com for these inquiries.
Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, No returns will be accepted.

For damage during shipping, we require photographs of the external shipping box as well as the damaged product in order to submit a damage claim.

If you have issues with your order, please contact us at orders@chellesmacarons.com within 2 days of receiving your order and provide a photo and detailed description of the issue and we will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your order.
Care Instructions

During the hot seasons, packages are shipped with an ice pack to keep the macarons cold. The ice pack will melt during transit - do not worry if this happens!

To maintain freshness, please refrigerate macarons upon arrival. Macarons should be eaten at room temperature, so please allow them to sit for 10 minutes out of the fridge or 30 minutes out of the freezer before enjoying.

If you do not finish macarons in one sitting, they should be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
/ PICK UP POLICY
Important instructions for preparing your car for pickup.
Your orders will be packaged in a sealed box to protect from dust, rain or foreign objects.
The best way to transport your baked goodies is in the flattest part of your vehicle. Placing your baked goods on a seat may cause shifting and damage to your baked goods.
Please prepare your vehicle in advance of picking up your order by clearing out any loose objects that may roll and damage your package.
Driver must take extreme caution, keeping the vehicle level at all times, especially when turning corners, and must avoid any sudden acceleration, cornering or aggressive braking.
Please adhere to agreed-upon pick up time. KM Macarons may not be available outside of the pick-up times.
Keep the air on cool and under no circumstances leave the baked goods unattended in the vehicle when temperatures are over 40 degrees.
Keep bake goods in the refrigerator until 30 minutes before ready to consume. Macarons are best consumed at room temperature.
